It’s Beanhole Supper time! The nip is in the air and the beans are in the pots. Join us in a delightful dinner under the tent by the covered bridge at Greenbank’s Hollow. Based on a Maine tradition, the beans are cooked overnight, underground, and unearthed at 12:30 pm. (This is the rather scary part but come and watch the fun!) Eating begins at 1pm.
$15 pp (under 5 is free) — Beans, hot dogs, cornbread, salads, blueberry cake, and beverages.
Call us at the Danville Historical Society (802) 684‑2055 on Tuesday or Thursday between 10:00 am and 5:00 pm to get your tickets for the Annual Beanhole Supper! Limited quantity of tickets sold. Don’t miss out on this fun event to help us support the maintenance of the beautiful nature trails and Greenbanks Hollow historic sites!
