This beautiful room, located in the historic North Danville School building (now the North Danville Community Center), is a satellite of the Danville Vermont Historical Society. The room houses many North Danville artifacts on display during open hours and visitors are always welcome!
North Danville History Room Staff are usually available during the following days and times, or by appointment. Call the Danville Vermont Historical Society to coordinate an appointment.

Research Center:
In great news, the North Danville Historical Subcommittee is now able to assist North Danville History Room visitors with searching the Danville Historical Society’s PastPerfect program archives.
We encourage you to share your own historical pictures, documents, and stories, with the North Danville Subcommittee, or directly with the Danville Historical Society. We will be happy to assist you in scanning your original documents and labeling them on our computers. The Staff will then be able to enter these scanned documents into the Danville Historical Society archives upon your approval.
Note: Not all existing documents and artifacts have been entered into the Historical Society’s PastPerfect program. The process is ongoing, so visitors should also request directions to the Danville Historical Society for additional assistance in searching paper files.
Events:
The North Danville History Room takes pride in hosting an exhibit and event annually during the North Danville 4th of July celebration. The event draws people from Danville and beyond, and is always a hit! Join us!
